I have experience of working with people of all ages and abilities, having originally trained as a Registered Nurse for those with learning disabilities, gaining both hospital and community care experience. While my three sons were small I gained experience in playgroup work, residential care of the elderly and trained in Holistic Swedish massage. This initiated my interest in natural methods of health and healing, leading to training in the Bowen Technique and as a Medical Herbalist.

    I firmly believe that in today’s increasingly stressful and synthetic world our pathway to health has to come from nature. I also believe that it is vitally important that each individual is helped to take the necessary steps towards health for themselves. Consequently the treatments that I offer help to empower the individual to take control of their health. The human body is a phenomenal structure of biological engineering, possessing an inherent ability to move towards self repair and healing, given the right conditions.
